With so many events happening in the Bay Area, planning out your weekend can get a bit overwhelming. To save you some trouble, we helped ABC7's Jessica Castro round up three events that the entire family can enjoy.
Start off the weekend with a good deed: participate in the Ocean Beach Cleanup, which begins at 10am near Stairwell 17. Everyone is welcome, but kids under 15 will need a signed waiver to participate.
After some cleaning—and if you're over 21—head to Pier 45 for this year's Brews on the Bay. More than 70 types of beer will be available on the SS Jeremiah O'Brien, a one-of-a-kind ship from the WWII era.
Then, round out your weekend with the sixth annual Sumo Champions Exhibition; it starts at noon in Japantown.
If you want to add in an event of your own, or find other happenings around town, take a look at our full events calendar.
