It's time to figure out what you'll be doing for the next few days.
Start Veterans Day weekend with a visit to the de Young Museum to celebrate the museum's Teotihuacan: City of Water, City of Fire exhibit, which includes a short film, art projects, live music, and more.
If you're looking to spend some time outdoors, head to AT&T Park for Discovery Day on Saturday. The stadium will be transformed into a science wonderland, with more than 150 hands-on exhibits and activities from various Bay Area science and technology organizations.
Alternatively, there's also an Armenian Food Festival taking place this Saturday from 12-8pm in the Lake shore district. Celebrants will savor "authentic Armenian and Mediterranean food, homemade gourmet pastries and vegetarian dishes," say organizers.
Finally, round out the weekend with some tea, at the sixth annual International Tea Festival. From 11am to 5pm, the event at the Ferry Building will offer classes, lectures and a long list of vendors selling tea and related products.
