A derailed train inside Castro Station is delaying Muni Metro service, SFMTA has reported.

The N-Judah and J-Church lines are unaffected, but the transit agency is running shuttle buses between West Portal and Church Stations until the problem is resolved.

Muni advises passengers planning to travel down Market Street to use the F-Market line. Although crews are working to clear the scene, SFMTA said on Twitter that delays could extend past the morning rush hour.

There's no word on what caused the derailment, but no injuries were reported.
