A new rooftop lounge has opened for business at the Langford Hotel. Newcomer Bloom Skybar is located downtown at 121 S.E. First St.
The bar, formerly the home of Pawnbroker, features cocktails, music and city views. Some of Bloom's featured theme nights include Social Night on Tuesday and Wednesday, Ladies' Night on Thursday and After Dark on Friday and Saturday.
The bar also offers Sunday brunch with live music and bottomless mimosas.
With a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, Bloom Skybar has been warmly received by patrons.
Elizabeth M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 3, said, "Came here on a Thursday night with my out-of-town guests and had the most amazing time thanks to Brandon (Manager of the Year). Craft cocktails were our absolute favorite! Order the Bathtub, which comes in an actual bathtub with bubbles and an orchid ... so yummy!"
Yelper Aymara L. added, “The view in this place is magnificent. The rooftops in Miami are few and far in between, and the energy of this one is one of my favorites.”
