A new spot for healthy sandwiches, cold-pressed juices and snacks has opened for business in South Beach. It's called Energia Co. and its offerings pack a nutritional punch with raw oats, chia seeds, walnuts and goji berries.

In the mood for a refreshing smoothie? Try the Mean Green (celery, kale, apple juice, coconut water, frozen banana, frozen pineapple and spirulina) and the Ginger Rush (carrot juice, apple juice, ginger, coconut milk, frozen pineapple and frozen mango).

The cafe also has açaí bowls and paninis with chicken, tuna, turkey or avocado. Stop by the newcomer at 1330 West Ave. in the Waverly condominium complex to try it for yourself.

Energia Co. has just one review on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far.

S R., who reviewed the new spot on May 26, wrote, "This is my go-to place! I've been to plenty of juice places but this one has the quickest service and everything is made fresh. I go religiously for the oats on the go."

Intrigued? Energia Co. is open from 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. daily.
