Sushi Americana is off to a promising start with five stars out of two reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Carlos L., who reviewed it on June 25, wrote, "Great sushi and good quality. Just opened and the place is on Flagler Street in a historic building. Staff and sushi chef are helpful and accommodating."

James C. added, "The sushi was fresh when I arrived and was delicious. Staff was very welcoming and informative about their product."

Sushi Americana is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays and noon–4 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)

The modern TKO Sushi specializes in artfully crafted sushi rolls along with poke and small plates.

Its sushi rolls include the Orange Dragon (shrimp tempura, spicy kani, masago roe, avocado and cream cheese topped with seared salmon belly and togorashi), the Golden Baby (spicy hamachi, spring onion and jalapeño tempura flakes, topped with avocado, macadamia nuts and tobiko) and the Cuban (spicy kani, salmon, jicama, avocado and creamy mojo sauce). (See its full menu here.)

TKO Sushi is developing a local fan base with a current Yelp rating of 4.5 stars out of 14 reviews.

Drew B., who reviewed it on June 2, said, "The service is great, but the sushi is amazing. I highly recommend you try the Orange Dragon roll, it's delicious. For a special treat, try the tuna tartare wonton cones."

Yelper Kiet H. wrote, "The TKO Knockout roll was my favorite. It comes in 10 pieces and is huge, so it was quite filling. I loved the combination of the shrimp tempura and avocado in this roll. The TKO Rainbow had tons of fresh fish wrapped in cucumber instead of rice. This would be a great roll for someone eating low carb. Both rolls were beautifully presented."

TKO Sushi is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 11 a.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Roll options include the 4Fun Special Nigiri (fried salmon skin, cream cheese and lime), the Tropical (cucumber and crab stick with salmon or tuna on top) and the Red Sweet (strawberry and cream cheese). (Check out its full menu here.)

Sushi 4 Fun is off to a strong start with 4.5 stars out of two reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Luis C. wrote, "It's brand new and I've already visited over eight times. The quality of the products is amazing and the price is very affordable. The variety is awesome and the staff and owner are all very friendly."

Gloria A. noted, "Pretty cool concept, think sushi buffet with fresh, constantly replenished goodies. The spring rolls are a must try! They have chicken, shrimp, beef and dulce de leche for dessert."
