If you've got açaí bowls on the brain, you're in luck: we've found the freshest Miami eateries to quell your cravings. Here are the newest places to check out the next time you're in the mood for a healthful bowl packed with the South American superfood.
Miami Fresh Cafe
52 SW 10th St., Brickell

Miami Fresh Cafe is a spot to score fresh juice, smoothies and salads in addition to açaí bowls.
Its açaí bowl comes with blended açaí berries and banana topped with seasonal fruits and granola. It also has two smoothies with açaí, the Brazilian Beauty and the Fountain of Youth. Soups, breakfast dishes, salads, poke bowls and wraps round out the menu.
Yelp users are still warming up to Miami Fresh Cafe, which currently holds 3.5 stars out of 61 reviews on the site.
Yelper Kerry J., who was among the first to review it on March 10, said, "Cute little hidden cafe. Very reasonable prices and outdoor seating. I've gotten the Mexican Fury wrap and many of the smoothies, all very good. Perfect to walk up and grab something to go or to sit on their patio and enjoy."
Sara N. said, "The smoothies tasted like they were prepared in a dirty blender (tasted like chocolate and we ordered green goodness). My friend threw away her wrap. Never gave us our sparkling water we ordered and paid for."

Almalibre Açaí Bar

Almalibre Açaí Bar is a vegetarian and vegan spot offering açaí bowls and more. Located at 1040 Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami, its food is largely plant-based, but includes a few meat dishes.
Diners can choose multiple ingredients to top their customizable açaí bowls, or select from a variety of preset options like the Skydiver, topped with hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and strawberries.

Almalibre Açaí Bar currently holds five stars out of eight reviews on Yelp, indicating rave reviews.

Delirio Fresh Co. Express is a vegan spot, offering açaí bowls, juices, smoothies and more. The new Miami location for the local chain follows two Delirio Fresh Co. outposts in Doral and one more on the way, as we previously reported.
The selection of customizable açaí and protein smoothie bowls includes a choice of three toppings added to a base bowl, such as the açaí banana bowl with whey protein and almond milk or the regular açaí bowl with blueberry, whey protein and almond milk.
