Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top eateries in Fort Lauderdale, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to satisfy your cravings for pork chops, fish and chips, omelets and other casual diner fare.
1. Mojo

Topping the list is Mojo. Located at 4140 N. Federal Highway, the New American spot is the highest rated diner in Fort Lauderdale, boasting 4.5 stars out of 166 reviews on Yelp.
The eatery comes courtesy of chef and artist Domenick Falcione and Anthony DeMaio, the restaurant says on its site, and features fresh, seasonal dishes with inspiration drawn from around the globe.

Next up is Moonlite Diner, situated at 6201 N. Andrews Ave. With four stars out of 291 reviews on Yelp, the diner has proven to be a local favorite with Yelpers praising the eatery's variety of dishes, casual atmosphere and good service.
With additional outposts in Kendall and Hollywood (Florida), the diner features all-day breakfast with menu options like steak and eggs, housemade corned beef hash, challah French toast and build-your-own omelets. Situated at the Pier 66 Hotel, this eatery overlooks the intercostal waterway and features fresh seafood, steak and elevated diner fare.
