A new diner serving traditional American food has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 3470 N. Miami Ave., the fresh arrival is called Mason Eatery.
The menu features items like mac and cheese, a cobb salad, meat board platters, fried shrimp, frito mixto and many more. Wash it all down with your choice of beer, wine, cocktail, coffee, soda or juice.
With a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the new diner seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Manuel S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 6, said, "This spot is reminiscent of old school diners from up in New York where you can get yourself a hot, late night meal [that is] so good, it will warm your soul. I ended up going with the Reuben as pastrami has a special place in my heart."
Yelper Pablo M. added, “I've had a chicken salad. And it was pretty tasty but rather small for the price. The place is nice and the people very friendly.”
