Ready to rumble? Try new Boxing in the Park in AudubonPhoto: Boxing in the Park/Yelp

Looking for a new way to get in shape? A new business is here to help. Called Boxing in the Park, the fresh addition trains clients at 6500 Magazine St. in Audubon Park.

Book a boxing training session and work on offense, defense and physical strengthening and conditioning. Monthly packages range from $180 to $360 for four to 12 sessions. To get started, you'll need boxing gloves, speed wraps and cross-training shoes.

On Boxing in the Park's website, it says, "The focus is on mitt-work, not sparring, so no catching punches with your face (but we do work on defense!)."

With just two reviews on Yelp thus far, the business currently has a five-star rating.

Alexis H., who was the first Yelper to review it on June 11, said, "Boxing in the Park with Matt is an excellent way to get or stay in shape! ... He'll work with you to help achieve your goals, whether they are more fitness related or more technical."

Maria D. wrote, "I look forward to my workout every week at the park. The park is well shaded, and I never feel overheated ... If you want something different, as well as challenging, give it a try."

Intrigued? Stop by to try it for yourself. Boxing in the Park offers sessions from 6 a.m.–7 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 7 a.m.–noon on Sunday.
