With locations in London, Dubai and Moscow, Novikov Miami is the first U.S.-based location for this high-end Chinese and Japanese eatery from Russian restaurateur Arkadiy Novikov. Located in downtown Miami at 300 S. Biscayne Blvd., the new restaurant offers views of Biscayne Bay from its nearly 10,000-square-foot dining space.
The menu offers a little bit of everything from China and Japan, including wok dishes, dim sum and sushi. There's also a market display in the restaurant where diners can select from the daily seafood catch and decide how they'd like it prepared.
Novikov Miami has been hitting the right note with locals, with a perfect five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far.
Brett P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 14, said, "This place is a must for high-end fresh seafood and Asian fusion dining. The ambiance is very upbeat and trendy. The knowledgeable employees make dining here a memorable experience by giving you a short tour and explanation of the fresh seafood bar."
And Marianne A. said, "It's not common to have such a great experience during a restaurant's first few days of operation, but everything was flawless. from the food to the service, we tried the entire menu and everything was amazing. We loved every single plate, so you'll be safe with anything you order. The sashimi, robataya, dim sum, Peking duck and all the desserts are to die for!"
