On the menu, expect dishes like the wagyu New York strip (Sichuan peppercorn crust, grilled broccoli and warm mushroom vinaigrette), the Cherry Blossom smoked salmon (Hawaiian sweet potato puree, white miso glaze and yuzu kosho) and the Japanese Snapper roll (with ume relish, micro red shiso and daikon).

Emily T. added, "It was an absolutely stellar culinary experience. The atmosphere was striking, and the staff was friendly and very service oriented! But the food took it to a new level in my opinion. I'm a major sushi addict and this was the best ever."
