Looking for the Miami fitness spot of your dreams? Here are the newest places to check out if you're looking to shake up your workout routine. 

SoulCycle - Miami

Fitness chain SoulCycle has opened a new outpost in Miami. Expect 45-minute cycling classes that feature high-intensity cardio, muscle sculpting and strength training. Participants ride together in candlelit studios to pulsating music, per its website. 

SoulCycle - Miami currently has one five-star review on Yelp. 

Yelper Al L., who reviewed it on July 8, wrote, "I have visited many different studios, and I am glad that it is now in Brickell. It is a small studio compared to what I am used to in L.A. but the same great feel and vibe as the other ones. They truly make you feel at home."

SoulCycle - Miami is open from 9 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Monday, 5:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 6:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on weekends.

Elev8tion Fitness

Elev8tion Fitness is a gym with an open floor plan that features free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment and more. There is also a lounge area, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. Memberships are available by the day, week or month.

The gym is off to a strong start with five stars out of three reviews on Yelp.

Yelper J E., who was one of the first users to visit Elev8tion Fitness, wrote, "The best fitness facility in Miami. Great vibe, great people, hard-core environment but friendly and caring. The facility has unique environment, including permission to bring dogs."

Yelper Zach B. wrote, "The best place to lift weights in Miami. If you're serious about weightlifting, power lifting and/or bodybuilding, this is the place for you."

Elev8tion Fitness is open from 5 a.m.–11 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekends.

Rise Nation - Miami

Finally, there's Rise Nation - Miami, part of a personal training and climbing chain with outlets in four states. Workouts are on the Versaclimber, a machine that simulates climbing using both the arms and legs. Sessions last 30 minutes, and are led by instructors with music and enthusiasm.

Rise Nation - Miami has received a warm welcome with five stars out of 11 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Shawna S. wrote, "Rise Nation is a 30-minute all-in-one experience that leaves out no muscle groups while seemingly putting little or no stress of impact on joints or spine. Having said that, it's necessary to get approval from a medical professional if there is concern for knees or back."

Sophie S. noted, "Hot new workout spot in Miami! Great atmosphere, great staff and beautiful location. My favorite class is with instructor Cindy! She really motivates you to push your limits and get that extra climb in."

Rise Nation - Miami is open from 6 a.m.–7:30 p.m. daily.
