Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top gluten-free spots around Dallas, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to go if you want full flavor out of your gluten-free meals.
1. Flower Child

Topping the list is Flower Child. Located at 5450 W. Lovers Lane, Suite 133, in Bluffview, the cafe, which serves salads, bowls and wraps, is the highest rated restaurant with gluten-free options in Dallas, boasting 4.5 stars out of 379 reviews on Yelp.
On the menu, which clearly labels dishes that are gluten free, you'll find options like the Skinny Cobb salad (romaine, arugula, red cabbage, avocado, tomato, cucumber, crunchy corn, pickled onion, smoked almonds and Gorgonzola vinaigrette) and the Madras Curry bowl (organic potato, heirloom carrot, green beans, sweet onion, cilantro, garam masala and coconut).
Yelper Bt A., who reviewed it on May 22, said, "Love this place! Everything from the food to the vibe. This place is just perfection for a casual place to grab a bite to eat. Gluten-free, vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, bring them. Clean, modern, health conscious and inviting."
2. Kozy Kitchen

Next up is Oak Lawn's Kozy Kitchen, situated at 4433 McKinney Ave. With four stars out of 460 reviews on Yelp, the bakery and New American spot has proven to be a local favorite.
The menu is already heavily gluten free, and many dishes that aren't can be made so. Gluten-free options include pasta dishes, such as the Chef's Cajun Pasta (venison sausage, shrimp, chicken, bell peppers, onions and celery in a spicy Cajun cream sauce over penne pasta). 3. Arepa TX

North Dallas' Arepa TX, located at 5940 Royal Lane, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Latin American spot 4.5 stars out of 119 reviews.
Serving Latin street foods on a menu that's mostly gluten-free, the name is derived from the arepa, a round corn cake made from corn flour, water and salt, plus a touch of butter.
Gluten-free arepa sandwiches include the La Cubana (pulled pork, ham, melted cheese, pickles and mustard); the Smoked Brisket & Chimichurri with crunchy shoestring plantains and fresh avocado; and the Club (ham, turkey, bacon, garlic aioli, American and Swiss cheeses, lettuce, tomato and fresh avocado). Gluten-free options include the Thai Green Curry Vegetables with brown basmati rice, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, bamboo shoots, carrots, onion, lime juice, cilantro, basil and ginger; taco salad with sour cream, black beans, corn and taco meat substitute; and the broccoli and cheese potato with rice paper bacon. 5. Gather Kitchen

Finally, over in the City Center District, check out Gather Kitchen, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 72 reviews on Yelp. You can find the gluten-free and vegan spot at 1601 Elm St.
The entire menu here is gluten free, and also has vegan and paleo options. It primarily serves bowls (including breakfast bowls), such as the Zucchini Noodles Pad Thai (free-range chicken breast, carrots, seasoned mushrooms, cauliflower florets, cilantro, toasted almonds and sweet and sour sauce) and the Bell Pepper Brown Rice (free-range chicken breast, oven-roasted basil, tomatoes, herb-roasted potatoes, spinach, cilantro and roasted bell pepper sauce).
