Looking to satisfy your appetite for Latin American fare?

Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top high-end Latin American restaurants around Miami Beach, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best spots to meet your needs.

1. Ola

Topping the list is the seafood-focused OLA. Located at 2216 Park Ave. in the Vintro Hotel South Beach, it is the highest rated upscale Latin American spot in Miami Beach, boasting 4.5 stars out of 803 reviews on Yelp.

Courtesy of chefs Christopher Camacho and Carlos Castro, the bill of fare at this high-end haunt includes a selection of ceviche like tuna and foie gras with lemon oil, serrano peppers and baby arugula; lobster with yellow tomato citrus sauce; and local Florida snapper with orange, lime and cilantro. Lobster empanadas, Ola meatballs, and roasted Cuban pork are featured on the menu as well.

2. Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Next up is South Beach's Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, situated at 836 First St. With 4.5 stars out of 436 reviews on Yelp, the Brazilian chain has proven to be a local favorite for those looking to indulge.

As we reported back in July, this joint specializes in fire-roasted Brazilian-style meats like chicken, lamb, pork or steak sliced from skewers right at your table. Patrons are invited to complement their meat selection with an assortment of buffet items like garlic mashed potatoes, salads, veggies and soups.

3. Matador Room

Matador Room, located at 2901 Collins Ave. in the Miami Beach Edition hotel, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the fancy cocktail bar, Caribbean and Latin American spot four stars out of 317 reviews.

According to the hotel's website, the restaurant offers a supper club-like atmosphere reminiscent of the 1940s, with a menu developed by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

"Amazing restaurant located in the heart of Miami Beach," Yelper Nancy G. said. "I have been to Matador several times and it has been a fantastic culinary experience. My favorites are the sweet pea guacamole, tuna tartare and Florida shrimp. The atmosphere is classy and cool at the same time."

4. Texas de Brazil
