This family-owned business preaches inclusivity and a family-like atmosphere. It uses full weight bags to burn fat, reduce stress and tone up with kicks and punches. Each member can work at their own pace because there are both advanced and beginning levels. The famous CKO class is an hourlong, full body workout. Established in 2005, this gym trains law enforcement, pro fighters and the common athlete alike. Cardio classes, MMA, CrossFit and tactical training are all on offer at the hard-core gym. One-on-one personal training and kids' classes are also available. Check out the spot's website for more information.
