UWIB DC Presents: The 8th Annual Winter Soiree & Silent Auction
The United Women in Business Foundation is holding the Winter Soiree & Silent Auction fundraiser on Tuesday at the Wunder Garten. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Foundation, which is "dedicated to the professional and personal development of women in business in the world," according to its website.
At the event, there will be food and drinks and the opportunity to meet and talk to Foundation members and the Board of Directors.

Next Level Ent Group is holding a toy and coat drive to benefit a local elementary school and women's shelter on Friday at City Winery. There will be food and drink specials as well as a DJ spinning tunes.

Roddy Rich osts a Christmas Event at Rosebar
Roddy Ricch is hosting a special Christmas weekend on Sunday at the Rosebar Lounge. The rapper, who is known for such hits as "Die Young" and "Every Season," will perform songs from his two albums, "Feed tha Streets" and "Feed tha Streets II."
From Rolling Stone: "Roddy Ricch has a nasally voice and sings with an almost spiritual intensity. Although he hails from the West Coast, his vocal delivery is indebted to the South."
