Looking to chow down on some Indian fare? A new spot has you covered. The new arrival, called Ayesha Fine Dining, is located at 120 Buena Vista Blvd. This spot, courtesy of restaurateur Mike Hussain, offers a fusion of Indian and American cooking.
On the menu, you'll see chef specials like the Chole Bhature, a garbanzo stew served with fried leavened bread; the Nilgiri Lamb Khorma, a green lamb curry; and Kadhai Paneer, or cottage cheese cooked with whole spices and tomatoes. Ayesha also boasts a solid wine list, a variety of vegetarian and meat entrees, appetizers, soups and more. (View the full menu here.)
With a five-star rating out of one review on Yelp so far, Ayesha Fine Dining is getting positive attention.
Yelper Korsan K., who reviewed the new spot on Nov 28, wrote, "I am so happy to see a nice Indian restaurant opening up in Midtown. The food here is excellent and tasty. Good quality food, cooked when ordered, and good interior design [as well]."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Ayesha Fine Dining is open from 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–10:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–11 p.m. on Friday, 11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–11:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 12:30–3 p.m. and 5–10:30 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Tuesday.)
