Milk Street Master Class: Gonzalo Guzman

This Wednesday, chef Gonzalo Guzman is holding a demonstration and discussion on regional Mexican cuisine at Milk Street. Guzman — the chef-owner of the popular San Francisco restaurant Nopalito — will make corn tortillas and other masa-based recipes from scratch. Following the presentation, the chef will sign copies his book, "Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen" for attendees over wine, beer and snacks featured in the book.

Podcast Garage: Is This Thing On? An Orientation to Podcasting
