Itching to discover the newest businesses to open in Deerfield Beach? From hand-breaded chicken tenders to Eastern European pierogis, read on for a list of the newest eateries to debut around town.
PDQ

PDQ is a fast-food chicken shop offering sandwiches and more, located at 3333 W. Hillsboro Blvd. The chain started in Tampa and now boasts 55 locations in seven states.
On the menu, you'll find chicken tenders and nuggets that are hand-breaded in house, twelve homemade sauces and dressings and hand-spun shakes that come in flavors like vanilla, strawberry and Oreo. (See this spot's complete offerings here.)
Phat Boy Sushi & Kitchen

Wander over to 949 S. Federal Highway and you'll find Phat Boy Sushi & Kitchen, a new sushi bar and Japanese spot. If you've been dreaming of sushi, tempura or a steaming bowl of ramen, this spot has all three plus a good selection of Japanese sake.
Try the Salmon Cali roll, spicy tuna roll or chef's choice sashimi and sushi combo. Other favorites include the green bean tempura, tonkotsu ramen (egg noodles, pork, egg and vegetables in a creamy pork broth) and grilled Chilean sea bass (it's marinated in miso). See the full menu here.
Home of Pierogi

Home of Pierogi is a new Russian-Polish comfort food spot located at 3849 W. Hillsboro Blvd.
The bistro's pierogis are likely to remind some customers of their Eastern European grandmothers' cooking, according to Yelpers. The handmade dumplings come with fillings like potatoes, cabbage or Sweet Farmer cheese, and the Siberian dumplings are stuffed with beef and pork.
Craving something sweet? The French crêpes — made with fillings like Nutella, vanilla ice cream and strawberries — are a sure bet for a sweet tooth. (Check out the menu here).
