Cancerland: A Medical Memoir

This evening lecture will be led by David Scadden, a Medical Doctor and director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Scadden is the co-author of, "Cancerland: A Medical Memoir," and he will be discussing his experiences, both professional and personal, with cancer. A book signing will follow the event.

Booty by Brabants - Winter Workout Series

Take Kelly Brabants' fitness class, Booty by Brabants. The high intensity workout class will be followed by a cocktail hour featuring low calorie alcoholic beverages. Money made by the workout class will go toward Boston Park Plaza's charity, the Highgate Charitable Foundation.

Well Wednesday : A Yoga Series For Us

This is a one-hour Vinyasa flow yoga class led by Erin Kay Anderson. Anderson and attendees will focus on breath, movement and mindfulness. Guests should bring their own yoga mats. There is water and beer on tap.
