The cheapest flights between Miami and Detroit are if you leave on May 3 and return from Michigan on May 6. Delta currently has roundtrip, nonstop tickets for $206.

There are also deals to be had in April. If you fly out of Miami on April 12 and return from Detroit on April 14, American Airlines can get you there and back for $247 roundtrip.
