Philadanco

Polaris Dance Theatre: 'X-Posed'

This Thursday the Polaris Dance Theatre company and the Ela FaLa Collective will perform at the Polaris Dance Theatre. The ninth annual performance, titled "X-Posed," explores topics of racism, gun control and climate change and showcases pieces from "Lil' Mo."

Tobert Guitron is the artistic director for Polaris Dance Theatre, while Barbara Lima directs Ela FaLa.

Gathering of the Guilds and the Ceramic Showcase

The 2019 Gathering of the Guilds brings together the work of 350 Northwestern artists. See an array of beading, ceramics, fibers, glass, metals, woodworks and more at this three-day showcase.

Attendees will also have the chance to shop for gifts, see demonstrations, win door prizes and commission custom pieces during this free, family-friendly event, which starts this Friday.
