A new brewpub has opened for business in the neighborhood. The newcomer to West Town, called District Brew Yards, is located at 417 N. Ashland Ave.

With three breweries under one roof, District Brew Yards offers a variety of 40 beers that you can pour for yourself. Want some food with your beer? On the menu, look for the pulled pork sandwich, chopped brisket, hot links and more.

With a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Tana R., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 12, wrote, "Simply awesome! Very likely my new favorite beer place to hang out in Chicago! Not only because I am a huge craft beer fan, but also because the concept is simply amazing!"

Yelper Myla M. added, “What an awesome new addition to West Town's brewery district! The barbecue from Burnt City was excellent and the pour-your-own beer concept made for a super fun and engaging cashless experience.”

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. District Brew Yards is open from 3–11 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m.–1 a.m. on Friday, and 3 p.m.–2 a.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
