Oskar's current caretakers say:

This little guy was surrendered by his very sad and tearful owner, who could not keep him, because the new property management company did not allow him to stay with his family. It was a very sad moment for everybody and Oskar is still a little unsure what has happened to him. One day he just went on a walk and then, he was left behind. We promised his owner to find the nicest family possible for him and are hoping that there is someone out there for him soon.
