Last night, a fire broke out in a unit on the third floor of a residential building on the southwest corner of Masonic and Oak.
Firefighters arrived at the scene around 7:30 p.m., and the fire was reported contained by 7:40 p.m., with no injuries.
Northbound traffic on Masonic was temporarily affected, but as of yet, SFFD has reported no residents as displaced — a far cry from February's fire at nearby Page and Baker streets, which displaced 14 residents.
