Nancy has taught this lesson to people of all ages and abilities including special Open Studios at The Lan Su Chinese Garden in Portland, Oregon where she was the Artist-In-Residence in 2014-16!

Three months ago six members of the Sylvan Dyers Circle received 4 sheets of 4 different types of cocoon silk. Each dyer has created a unique, original art piece using the textiles and natural dyes. The art pieces will be displayed at Cargo for the month of October. The original art pieces will be sold to benefit SEPALI Madagascar and the artists who made them.
