Boston-based network security and UX design company LogRocket has secured $15 million in Series B funding, according to company database Crunchbase, topping the city’s recent funding headlines. The cash infusion was announced Nov. 7.

According to its Crunchbase profile, "LogRocket helps product teams develop better experiences for users by recording videos of user sessions with logs and network data. It identifies UX problems and reveals the root cause of every bug. LogRocket presents impactful errors on a website, and how to reproduce it."

The four-year-old startup has raised two previous funding rounds, including a $11 million Series A round earlier this year.

Over the past year, seven Boston-based design companies have secured venture funding, totaling $39 million in new investment to the local industry.

In other local funding news, internet of things company TetraScience announced a $8 million Series A funding round on Oct. 31, led by Waters Corporation.

According to Crunchbase, "TetraScience develops hardware and software solutions to monitor and manage research experiments and log the data in the cloud. It offers sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, acceleration, etc. ; camera to view experiment or tools; electric switches; adapters to connect hardware tools that comprise syringe pumps and wave generators; and timers."

Founded in 2014, the company has raised five previous rounds, including a round in 2016.
