Chef Ronnie Sanchez created each course with the delicate and nuanced flavors of the Tequila 123 in mind. Guests will sample each expression of the tequila, and bar manager Alex Gregg will pair each course with a cocktail. Tequila maker David Ravindi will be hosting and walking the guests through what makes 123 Organic a unique, artisanal tequila.
