MEMO @ UC San Diego is hosting its fifth annual free City Heights health fair. Our goal is to engage and educate lower-income families in San Diego communities so that they can seek out various local providers of health-related services to help them build happier and healthier lives. The fair will include representation from a wide variety of local health providers and mobile clinics for all to enjoy, including flu shots and health screenings.

Outreach Hike to Ho Chi Minh Trail

Explore the Ho Chi Minh Hiking Trail with Outreach on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy its scenic views of La Jolla. This trail (also known as the Saigon Trail) is considered a moderate-difficulty one that descends from the northern neighborhoods of La Jolla to Blacks Beach. Make sure you are ready to get dirty and wear a pair of anti-slip shoes.
