He is doing well on crate-training and leash-training. He was found as a stray roaming an elementary school campus. When his rescuers could not locate his potential owners, he was surrendered to us to find a forever home.

Figaro II is 10-12 years old and weighs about 5 lbs. He was rescued as a stray, and when his rescuer was unable to locate his owner, he was surrendered to us to find him a forever home. He was underweight and is currently working on packing on an extra pound or two. His nails were so long they were actually curled all the way around in a circle. Figaro II is affectionate and loving. He enjoys being held and absolutely loves snack time. He walks well on a leash, and is attentive and eager-to-please his people.

Milagro is an adorable male miniature pinscher and chihuahua mix being kept at Pooch Match.

Milagro gets along well with other dogs. Have no fear: he is already house-trained, neutered and has had all his shots.

Milagro ("miracle") is 2-3 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. He is sociable and friendly with all people; he loves being held and giving kisses. He's a major foodie and loves his snack time. He can be a little picky when it comes to canine companions, preferring to have his humans to himself for the most part. He is well-mannered, quiet and eager-to-please his people. Milagro is crate-trained. He was rescued as a stray by a Poochmatch volunteer - his survival is truly a miracle. He was in the middle of a busy street in Redlands, laid down after being hit by a car. Our volunteer turned their car around and picked him up before he could be hit again and rushed him to our vet in Loma Linda. Milagro was X-rayed, and it was found he suffered a broken pelvis and painful road rash and bruising. He was also in shock and required hospitalization. He needed stitches and six weeks of limited movement to allow his pelvis to heal. Thanks to the many wonderful residents and business owners in Redlands and the surrounding cities who donated a total of $700 via our FB page and donations made directly to Loma Linda Animal Hospital on Milagro's tab, his immediate medical care and treatment was covered. He's now ready for adoption.

Porkchop is a darling male American Bully and Staffordshire bull terrier mix being kept at Pooch Match.

Porkchop plays well with others, and he loves other dogs. He's neutered, vaccinated and house-trained.

His current caretakers say:

Porkchop is 1-2 years old and weighs 50 pounds. He walks well on a leash and is well-mannered. He is sociable and friendly with all people, though he can be a little shy at first. Rescued as a stray, his ears appeared recently clipped and not properly cared for, as they were infected along the edges. When his rescuer was unable to locate his owner, he was surrendered to us to find him a forever home.

Ripley is 7-8 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. He is affectionate with his people. He is still an active little guy and likes to play. Typical of the pug breed, he can be quite vocal. Ripley was found as a stray. Unable to locate his owners, he was surrendered to us find a forever home.

She is happy to keep company with other dogs. Ruby has been vaccinated and spayed, and is also house-trained.

Ruby is about 1.5 years old and weighs 60 pounds. She is friendly and loyal to her people. She is good with children. She can be a bit protective and will bark when someone comes to the door. Other than that, she is not a very vocal dog. But she is a high-energy girl and would do best in an active home that can give her the energetic lifestyle she desires. She is good with other dogs, though she prefers to be the alpha dog and would do best with submissive dogs. She is house-trained, crate-trained and leash-trained. She and her companion, Michelle (also available for adoption), were relinquished by their owner through no fault of their own. They would make a wonderful pair, but do not have to be adopted together.
