The all-natural and organic menu includes omelettes, waffles, skillet plates and a bowl of oatmeal and raisins for breakfast, which is served all day. For lunch, look for burgers, chicken and BLT sandwiches and salad. Wash it all down with fresh-squeezed orange juice or honey lemonade.
Try the Grains, Greens and Beans Plate in the morning, which is a bowl of ancient grains (farro) with sauteed local organic baby spinach and heirloom Anasazi beans topped with two cage-free poached eggs, crushed herbs and pink Himalayan sea salt.
