Murder suspect Nima Momeni made a court appearance today and agreed to schedule his preliminary hearing for May 30. His attorney plans to argue that this was a case of self-defense. Surveillance images were also released showing Momeni with Bob Lee about half an hour before the stabbing occurred on April 4. The images show Lee entering Millennium Tower, where Momeni's sister has a condo, and later, the two are seen exiting the building and getting into Momeni's car.
