Larkin Street Boba Tea Shop Owner Arrested Again for Allegedly Continuing to Deal Stolen MerchandisePhoto: Yelp

Quoc Le, a man who's been charged with fencing stolen electronics out of a Larkin Street boba tea shop, has been arrested for the third time in four years on similar charges.
