
22-year-old Javier Campos, a person of interest in both Friday night's shooting in the Mission District that injured nine people and a January mass-shooting event in Oakland, has been arrested in Santa Cruz County. Campos is linked to the Sureños gang and is being held on suspicion of the Oakland murder.
