The location of these incidents seems to be centered around the 180 block of Elks Point Road, a place known for the 4.5-star luxury resort, Club Wyndham South Shore in Zephyr Cove. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office, who are actively investigating the case, are urging the public to share any useful information they may have in relation to these events. The brazen foot-fondler remains at large, their identity still unknown.
