Early yesterday morning, on August 24th, James Schaff, age 55, was arrested by Boston PD officers in the downtown area on charges of breaking and entering.
It was around 12:29 AM when officers from District A-1 sprang into action in response to a breaking and entering report at 60 Charles Street, as stated by the Boston Police Department.
A description of the suspect, who had gained access to a business and was fleeing the scene, was provided to law enforcement.
Thankfully, officers spotted Schaff, the alleged culprit, matching the description while he attempted to walk away from the area.
The officers hastily detained him and placed him under arrest.
He was charged with the crime of breaking and entering a building at nighttime, and his arraignment at Boston Municipal Court is expected soon.
