
On Thursday evening, August 24th, two people were stabbed during a dispute between two groups that escalated from a verbal altercation to physical bloodshed.
According to NBC Boston, the conflict began with a verbal altercation at a residence on Edwards Street.
The confrontation later turned physical on Washington Street, near a 7-Eleven, where officers responded to find the first stabbing victim.
Meanwhile, a second victim was discovered at the home where the dispute originated.
Both stabbed individuals were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, as reported by WCVB.
The Quincy Sun reports the two groups were known to each other, but failed to elaborate on their exact relationship or the nature of the dispute that left two individuals with stab wounds.
