15-year-old Cassandra Noble vanished from her home in the 3600 block of North Paris on Monday, Septemer 18th, leaving behind a chilling note that suggested she might be contemplating self-harm.

According to the Chicago Police Department, Cassandra was last seen riding her pink Mongoose bicycle, wearing a blue zippered hooded jacket, green pants, and black boots.

Described as having blue eyes, blond hair, a light complexion, and a distinguishable scar on her right cheek, authorities have been tirelessly searching for the missing teen.

Her known frequented areas include the woods around Irving Park and Cumberland, the Harlem and Irving shopping mall, Schiller Woods, and Forest Glen Woods. The urgency of the search has greatly escalated due to the disconcerting note she left for her family, indicating a troubled state of mind.
