A search for a shooting suspect continues in Lynn, after gun violence prompted authorities to ask residents of various neighborhoods to secure their homes and remain indoors for three full hours yesterday. The shooting took place in the area of Commercial and Neptune streets, shortly after 11:30AM.
With the suspect still at large, Lynn Police and Massachusetts State Police are working closely together to find the person responsible for this act of violence.

They have released an image of the individual they are searching for, a man believed to be the gunman last seen on foot. Immediate and urgent calls to 911 are requested of anyone who has information or spots someone suspicious.
