The Seaport District is set to welcome two new eateries—Moxies, based in the Ora building at 899 Congress Street, and Grace by Nia at One Seaport Square, according to a Moxies Boston Seaport.
It was a busy week - so in case you missed it…the City Council voted 11-1 to approve @MayorWu affordability requirements in market rate developments. Now on to the Zoning Commission. Additional affordability & market feasibility! https://t.co/CImi0OJtAg

Anticipation for Moxies' debut has been building throughout the year. Noted in an Moxies article from April, Moxies will offer full-service dining, with meal options for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Moxies will also feature both indoor and outdoor dining spaces according to the Fort Point Neighborhood Association.
According to FortPointer, Grace by Nia, which is another project on the rise, set to offer a unique blend of Southern cuisine and live jazz, it caters to diverse tastes in the Seaport District.
Despite the promising developments, the proposed Fort Point Tavern plan has been "withdrawn for consideration," as noted in a Boston Restaurant News piece earlier this year.
