These charges originate from a March 31, 2023, incident where Visinaiz allegedly forcibly obtained a vehicle from a 38-year-old woman in Chicago, according to the Police Department.
Two days prior, on October 11, 2023, Visinaiz was arrested at the 3500 block of S. Pulaski and later confirmed to be the attacker from the incident in March.
