Early yesterday, the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) successfully recovered a kidnapped child, four-year-old Fatima Abuzahra, who was reportedly taken by her relative, Enas Birawi. The SFPD announced the recovery via their official Twitter account. Officers found not only the missing child but also the suspect and her eight-year-old son in the 1500 block of Lombard Street in San Francisco. SFPD confirmed that all found parties were in good health.

Officers located the 4 yo. victim, the suspect, and the suspect’s 8 yo. son on the 1500 block of Lombard St. All appeared to be in good physical health. Investigators arrested Enas Birawi on felony charges of kidnapping and child endangerment.
Looking to aid search efforts, the SFPD has requested public assistance in locating the victim and the suspect's son, according to Hoodline. Details regarding the case and a description of Birawi were publicized to expedite the safe return of Fatima. Birawi was described as a female, 30 years old, 5'1" in height, weighing around 200 lbs., with brown hair and eyes.
The initial allegation was that Birawi abducted Fatima without the consent of the child's father. The report placed the incident near the 600 block of Eddy Street in San Francisco, the location where both the suspect and her son were last spotted.
