
Yesterday, a stolen vehicle was tracked and recovered in South San Francisco. The South San Francisco Police Department reports on their Facebook page that officers attempted to stop a speeding car, which their camera system identified as stolen.
The driver accelerated and escaped into a residential area at which point the officers discontinued to purse in order to ensure public safety. The abandoned vehicle was eventually located and the driver was apprehended while trying to flee on foot.
The incident continued to unfold after the man's apprehension. The police revealed, they discovered several credit cards, not belonging to the suspect, within his possession.
