On Friday evening, during a regular traffic stop, Colma police officers found a concealed loaded firearm reported stolen in 2023, as reported by Felony Friday. Consent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of the weapon concealed near the front passenger seat. A 24-year-old male from American Canyon is facing charges for carrying a concealed weapon, a loaded firearm in public, and possession of stolen loaded firearm.
As a result of the search, they discovered a loaded firearm, which traces back to a theft report filed with the Napa Police Department in February 2023.
