A 19-year-old male was killed due to gun violence on the 6700 block of S. East End Ave today, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The police discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to U of C where he was pronounced dead.
The authorities are currently investigating the tragedy, with no one yet in custody.
