Earlier today, Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul announced charges against Knox County resident William A. Peck. He has been charged with solicitation and possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
This move is part of Raoul's ongoing work with local and federal law enforcement agencies to confront child exploitation cases statewide, according to the Illinois Attorney General.
Peck, 35, from Galesburg, faces multiple offenses including solicitation and possession of CSAM and violation of the Sex Offender Registry Act. He has previous convictions for soliciting a minor indecently and owning CSAM, having been sentenced to six years of imprisonment.
