The Oakley Police Department seeks the public's help finding 78-year-old Louie Acevedo, last seen at home yesterday. Acevedo's declining health, both physical and mental, raises concern, as he often forgets where he is and how to get back home, per the City of Oakley.
Described as a 5'11" man with green eyes and brown hair, weighing approximately 140 lbs, Acevedo is known to use public transit and has family in the Merced area. All communication with his family thus far has not yielded any information about his current location. The authorities are increasing their efforts to find him.
