
San Francisco cops have cuffed a man in connection with the slaying of a woman in the Richmond District. Scott Fisher, 29, was nabbed in Concord, CA, yesterday morning and is facing homicide charges for the death of an unidentified adult female.
The grim discovery was made on November 30, at around 7:12 p.m., when officers were called to a building on the 3200 block of Clay Street to perform a well-being check, as stated by the San Francisco Police Department. Upon arriving, officers found the woman unresponsive, and despite the first responders' best efforts, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Through their investigation, SFPD homicide detectives were led to identify Fisher as the prime suspect. Located around 10:25 a.m. in Concord, officers took Fisher into custody without incident and booked him into San Francisco County Jail on a charge of homicide (187(a) PC).
Although an arrest has been made, SFPD emphasized that the investigation remains open and active.
