
The San Antonio Police Department has successfully located Sergio Reyes, a 70-year-old man with a diagnosed cognitive impairment, following a Silver Alert that was issued earlier this week. Reyes who was missing since around 4 p.m. on Jan. 22, has been found and is now back with his family, as confirmed by officials late last night.
Reyes was reportedly last seen in the 1000 block of W Villaret Blvd, in southwest San Antonio. Standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with white hair, and brown eyes, he was described as wearing a black and gray jacket, light gray sweater, and blue jeans at the time of his disappearance. He was noticed to be driving a blue 2020 Toyota C-HR with Handicap Texas license plate 5PXKD, according to FOX San Antonio.
Additional details surrounding Reyes's disappearance, and subsequent location haven't been released, yet the San Antonio Police Department's quick response to the Silver Alert along with community involvement, played instrumental roles in locating the elderly man.
